ICE™ Individual
The Individual program covers one (1) person. This ICE™ Individual can store up
to four (4) emergency contacts, any medical conditions, allergies, donor
requests, and religious expressions.
With the registration of the Individual ICE™ Program, the Individual will
receive their own ICE™ Identification number that will appear on each of
the ICE™ forms of Identification.
The ICE™ Individual will receive:
- One (1) ICE™ Identification Card
- One (1) ICE™ Alert Sticker
- Two (2) ICE™ Key Fobs
- Two (2) ICE™ Vehicle Decals

ICE™ Family
The ICE™ Family Registration covers up to five (5) Family Members all residing
in the same house hold, or a full time enrolled student. The ICE™ Family can
store up to four (4) emergency contacts, medical conditions, allergies, donor
request, and religious expression for each family member.
With the ICE™ Family Program, each member will be assigned an ICE™ Identification
number that will appear on each of the forms of ICE™ Identificaiton.
The ICE™ Family Members will receive:

The products you receive with your new ICE™ service:
The ICE™ Alert Sticker
This is to be placed on the members' wireless phone. This can also be placed on
the window next to the front door, or on the back of a members'
portable music device.
The ICE™ Vehicle Decals
These are issued in pairs. One can be placed on the bottom of the
drivers' side front windshield of the members' vehicle. The other
is to be placed on the same side of the rear windshield. This
decal can also be placed on the inside of a motorist helmet, or
on the frame of a bicycle.
The ICE™ Member Identification Card
This card resembles that of a credit card and is to be placed
behind the members' drivers' license.
The ICE™ Key Fobs
These key fobs have several different places and purposes. They are also
issued in pairs. Key Fobs can be placed on the members' key chain,
on a jackets' zipper pull, or tied on a shoe lace.
