ICE way to feel safe

By SUN WIRE SERVICES The City of Ottawa unveiled its In Case of Emergency (ICE) program yesterday. Residents are asked to enter "ICE" on their cellphones, along with their emergency contact name and number in their directory. The number will help emergency staff notify a family member or contact person.
